We consider telecom to be an all-encompassing term referring to everything related to your Data, Voice, and Cloud infrastructure.

Customer Experience (CX) is an aggregate of a customer’s A-Z experience.  It’s not a snapshot of a key discussion, meeting, touchpoint, or interaction.
It’s the overall experience you feel before, during, and after you decide to proceed with a solution.

Darren Stich, CEO

Darren is a telecommunications veteran with 22 years of experience in providing network solutions to businesses. He has extensive experience and knowledge in designing, implementing and managing complex network topologies. With a focus on exceeding customer expectations, Darren is proactive in managing and negotiating customer contracts, technology upgrades, along with superior project management.

Prior to founding Improved Telecom Solutions, Darren founded and served in an executive management role for 12 years at Intelletrace, a bandwidth and managed service provider. Prior to Intelletrace, he was a Global Account Manager, National Account Manager, and Regional Sales Manager with MFS/WorldCom/MCI (now known as Verizon Business), Broadwing Communications (acquired by Level 3), and NTT America.

Darren has a BA degree in Financial Management from the University of North Dakota and a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University.

Darren is an active volunteer at his church, Boy Scouts of America, and he coaches youth baseball and softball teams. He enjoys watching and playing golf, football and baseball. Most weekends are spent with his family outdoors with an emphasis on camping, hiking, and fishing.
