Improved Telecom Solutions was founded with a passion to assist businesses in making their telecommunications infrastructure current, economical, and scalable as new technologies are introduced and businesses expand to other parts of the country and internationally. We deliver the type of white-glove service rarely found in the industry today. Our focus is on medium to large sized businesses headquartered in the USA and finding them the most attractive, efficient, and cost-effective telecom solutions. What do we mean by “telecom”? We consider telecom to be an all-encompassing term referring to everything related to your Data, Voice, and Cloud strategies.
We work with over 200 Carriers, Solution Providers, Cloud Providers, Equipment Providers, and Managed Service Providers. We utilize our vast resources to serve you. So whether you have a single office, multiple offices in the United States or offices throughout the world, we’re your single point of contact with best-in-class solutions customized for your specific applications.
